For our company in Milan (Italy) we are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist that will support Marketing to
implement the digital marketing strategy, applying correct digital drivers and analysing related KPIs.
Tasks
- Support the development of the digital marketing strategy and Revenue Operations (RevOps);
- Contribute to the development of plans to support brand competitiveness through Digital initiatives;
- Support the implementation of initiatives aimed at increasing traffic, driving customer engagement and conversion;
- Support the production, development and implementation of online sales strategies, including websites, CRM, social platforms;
- Contribute to the creation and implementation of all digital marketing and media campaign including SEO, SEM, Display Programmatic and Social;
- Interact with internal and external stakeholders;
- Monitor and analyse the performance of the CRM and e-mail marketing results, including marketing automation, set benchmarks & report on opportunities and insights weekly;
- Analyse and collect insights around the traffic on product properties and other key digital metrics with GA4, Audible, Matomo, Databox dashboards and relevant business tools;
Requirements
- A passion for innovation
- Degree in economics, Digital communication, Communication Design or equivalent;
- At least 2 years of working experience with focus on Digital matters;
- Previous experience in a Digital role;
- Strong KPI and data-driven mind;
- Solid understanding of digital metrics and analytics data;
- Ability to draw insights and make recommendations and implement changes to maximize results;
- A positive, collaborative and solution-focused attitude;
- Fluent English and good knowledge of major IT tools and applications;
- Excellent knowledge of social media, content marketing, online adv tools and data analysis
